Fueled by the joy and connection that desserts bring to life’s most cherished moments, I founded my baking journey on the belief that the final course can be the most meaningful. From birthday celebrations to weddings and family milestones.
My love for baking began in a large family where desserts were both treasured and competed for—eventually evolving into a business serving the Houston community since 2012. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University and the University of Houston–Downtown. While completing my studies, I gained extensive experience in bakery retail operations at a major Texas grocery chain. This background strengthened my expertise in production efficiency, hospitality, and innovation.
Today, I continue to blend business acumen with culinary passion—developing new recipes, and helping food and beverage businesses grow their dessert profiles.
