Have you ever gotten a glance at the birthday celebrants face as they take a look around the room and see everyone celebrating them? Or the look on the bride and grooms face when they share their first bite as husband and wife? How about when a child is about to blow out the candles on their themed birthday cake? The looks of excitement, delight and joy are the reasons why I do what I do!

Food is a medium in which people share appreciation and bond together. I believe that the final part of your meal (unless you eat dessert first, NO JUDGEMENT HERE!) is the most important part. The gathering of friends and family to celebrate birthdays, unions, retirements, promotions and engagements are all memories that last a lifetime.

Ever heard of Little Debbie pastries? Growing up with a large family, I had to snag them while they were put away after a grocery trip or I would miss out. Ever heard of Baby-D? Long story short, we didn’t just like desserts growing up. We LOVED them! We found ourselves baking cakes and desserts for family gatherings often. My passion for baked goods evolved from servings family and friends to our local Houston community in 2012.

I attended Sam Houston State University and University of Houston-Downtown to obtain her bachelors degree in Business Administration. While studying , I worked in bakery grocery retail operations for a Texas grocery chain. Through retail operations my foundation for production streamlining , process innovation, hospitality, and manufacturing grew tremendously. In tandem with my love for baking and pastry, I decided to rebrand and launch with new concepts and recipes that everyone will love.
